• Activity Data: We track your “Reality Checks” and app usage. This is strictly to provide you with insights into your tech burnout habits and to award your progress.
• Photos: Any photos you upload remain yours. We only store them to display them back to you or your designated Team Ladder.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Power the app’s behavior-interrupting features.
• Provide you with curated research on digital wellness.
• Manage your Tier 2 or Tier 3 (Elite) subscriptions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Pivot is a global app. We use secure partners to process payments (like the Apple App Store or Google Play) and to host our research database. These partners are required to keep your data safe and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing.

Regardless of where you are in the world, you can request to see the data we have on you or ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
